Fusions Bazar: 7-Day Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Fusions Bazar, we are dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience. Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness. Please note: Fusions Bazar operates on an Exchange/Replacement basis only. We do not offer cash refunds.


1. 🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Timeline: Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
  • Finality: Once the order has been processed, packed, and the shipping process has commenced (typically within 4-6 hours of order placement), cancellation is no longer possible.

2. 🔄 7-Day Exchange/Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day policy, valid from the date of product delivery, for defective items or exchanges. The following conditions apply:

Policy Conditions
Replacement ONLY If the item is Damaged or Defective upon arrival. Valid for all products sold, provided the issue is reported within 7 days.
Exchange ONLY If you receive the correct, non-defective product but wish to exchange it for a different size/color (if options are available). Eligible for all products.


Specific Timelines for Reporting Issues:

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Must be reported to our Customer Service team within 7 Days of delivery. Your claim will be reviewed once verified.
  • Product Doesn't Meet Expectations: Must be reported within 7 Days of delivery. Following an internal review, an exchange (if eligible) or appropriate action will be taken.

The Exchange Process:

  1. Request: Contact our support team via WhatsApp with your Order Number, the Issue Description, and Clear Unboxing Video/Photos showing the item's condition.
  2. Review: Once the issue is verified by our team, we will approve the exchange/replacement.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to our warehouse. Once the item is received and passes inspection, the replacement unit will be dispatched.

3. 🚫 Non-Applicable Conditions for Exchange

An exchange or replacement will be denied under the following conditions:

  • The 7-day window from the delivery date has passed.
  • The product has been physically damaged, scratched, or liquid-damaged by the customer.
  • Missing accessories from the original packaging.
  • Failure to provide a clear unboxing video, recorded before using or activating the product, to verify transit damage or missing parts.

4. 📞 Warranty & Support

  • Fusions Bazar Warranty: Fusions Bazar does not offer a separate manufacturer warranty. Our commitment is the 7-Day Exchange/Replacement Policy outlined above.
